Policy Plan (Main Lines)
The current multi-year policy & implementation plan 2024-2028 is in place.
The core function of P60 is to offer a varied and broadly composed cultural offering for all ages, with youth (12-15 years) and young adults (16-30 years) in Amstelveen and the surrounding area being the primary target groups.
P60's activities are aligned with its core function. Because factors such as efficiency, market, and revenue also influence its offerings, P60 strives to strike a balance between artistic desirability and financial feasibility.
A product and customer-oriented approach that connects with the world of experience of young adults is essential in this context.
Focus points are:
– Youth participation
– Talent development
– Internationalization
– Sustainability
Cultural Governance
The P60 Foundation applies the 2019 Governance Code for Culture to ensure good governance and oversight in the cultural sector. The organization maintains directors' and officers' liability insurance.
The Supervisory Board has evaluated the code and tightened it where necessary.
P60 follows the Diversity and Inclusion Code and the Fair Practice Code.
