Door gebruik te maken van deze website en /of indien je via deze website gegevens aan  P60 verstrekt, stem je in met de voorwaarden van het privacy beleid van P60, zoals neergelegd in dit Privacy Statement.

P60 handles your personal data with care. It is processed in accordance with the requirements of the Dutch Data Protection Act (Wet Bescherming Persoonsgegevens) and other applicable laws and regulations. P60 also takes appropriate security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or unauthorized modification, disclosure, or destruction.

P60 collects and records user data such as first name, last name, address (name and address details), email address, (mobile) phone number, date of birth, gender, (profile) photos, bank details, IP address, and musical taste by genre. If you apply for a vacancy through our site, we will retain the information you provide for a period of one year. Before this period expires, P60 may contact you for permission to renew for a similar period. P60 does not intend to collect special personal data (such as data regarding political preferences, religious beliefs, etc.) through this website. If you provide P60 with special personal data without your consent, we inform you that you (explicitly) consent to our use of that data. In addition, this Privacy Statement applies to all information P60 collects about you via the website www.p60.nl. This also includes registration for the various P60 newsletters.

P60 uses third parties for its services, such as parties with whom programs are organized and parties with whom tickets are sold. When personal data is obtained from these third parties, or collected through them, P60 exercises the same care as if it had obtained the data itself or collected it through its own website. Data that may be obtained from a third party includes:

the data collected through the websites of these parties with whom we collaborate in the programming;
the data collected through third-party websites when selling tickets online for concerts and events organised by the company;
the data obtained from the sale of admission tickets through other points of sale.

Third Party Websites

This Privacy Statement does not apply to the websites of third parties, such as P60 sponsors or partners. Please visit the respective websites for the privacy policies of these third parties. P60 is not responsible for the privacy policies of these other parties' websites, which may differ significantly from P60's Privacy Statement.

Purposes

P60 may use user data for, among other things:

  • to provide its services in the field of organising concerts, club nights and other (affiliated) events (such as festivals) in the broadest sense;
  • for the management of its customer administration;
  • to provide the user with information about offers, concerts, club nights and other events (such as festivals) organised by, co-organised by or on behalf of P60, for example via mailings by e-mail or by mobile telephone (SMS/EMS/MMS messages) via social media or by regular mail;
  • when you use our social media channels, such as Facebook and Twitter, download our (festival) app(s) or make your data public on one of our other public platforms.
  • to improve its services (for example through surveys);
  • to improve its services (for example through surveys);
  • to carry out market research and data analysis; and
  • to improve and secure its websites;

If the user no longer wishes to receive messages from P60, they can unsubscribe. When a user requests to participate in market research, P60 will provide information about the data the user provides for that research.

Provision of Data

P60 may provide, share, and sell the user's personal data to, among others, affiliated companies and to parties engaged by P60 to provide its services in the broadest sense of the word, and to parties to whom P60 deems it necessary or desirable to provide this personal data. We may also provide your personal data to third parties if we are legally obligated to do so.

Change Data

Users can always request access to their data and, if necessary, have it changed or deleted. This can be done in three ways. First, users can edit their account with P60's ticketing partner. Second, users can log in to www.p60.nl to change or delete their newsletter data. Third, if you have a relationship with P60, you can request us in writing to access your personal data and request us to change, supplement, or delete it (if it contains inaccuracies). To exercise this last right, you must send us a request with a copy of your valid ID to: info@p60.nl.

At the bottom of every email, SMS, EMS, or MMS message received from P60, users also have the option to unsubscribe from a mailing list. If you unsubscribe from a list, you will no longer receive information from P60 about that list.

Security

P60 makes every effort to ensure that user information is properly secured. Only those individuals whose role requires it or whose access is customary are granted access to the systems where user data is stored. These systems are equipped with security systems and access codes. We retain the personal data you provide (including in the cloud) for as long as necessary based on the nature of the underlying contact. This depends on and varies depending on the purpose for which we need your personal data and the applicable law. Some data resulting from one or more visits to www.p60.nl is stored permanently, but anonymously. This data can therefore never be traced back to a person or organization.

Changes

P60 reserves the right to make changes to this website and/or this Privacy Statement at any time without prior notice. These changes will be published on our website. Users are encouraged to regularly review P60's privacy policy for any changes.
