P60 is Amstelveen's premier pop venue. Every year, around 45,000 visitors attend approximately 200 concerts, club nights, workshops, and other events. The beautiful acoustics in our 600-capacity concert hall have become renowned, and we strive to make every evening a success.
INTERNSHIP MARKETING & PUBLICITY
P60 is looking for a Marketing & Publicity intern for the period September 2026 – February 2027. The internship involves 24 to 32 hours per week.

Profile
During this internship, you will shadow the marketing department at P60 and experience the day-to-day operations of the music venue. You will work directly with our marketer, and together you will be responsible for setting up and executing the marketing policy.
There is plenty of room for independent work and input; P60 always tries to keep its eyes and ears open for the latest opportunities and trends. You work as part of one of the friendliest (cultural) sectors, and of course, there is always the opportunity to attend other concerts and events at P60 for free!

What are you going to focus on?
- support the marketing department in daily activities
- web editor of the P60 website
- Drafting and distributing press releases
- using social media as a promotional tool
- compiling and sending newsletters
- setting up and executing promotional plans for various productions
- finding and maintaining relevant promotional channels to announce concerts and events
. - practical matters such as updating relevant websites, distributing posters and flyers, etc.
You…
- is following a relevant study
- have a great sense of music and culture
- can write creative texts
- you know your way around social media channels
- Have an independent and proactive work attitude
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus, but not a must.
- Do not have a 9-to-5 mentality and have a flexible mindset.
- can work independently and accurately

Profile
You are enthusiastic, stress-resistant, and are studying at MBO Level 4 or HBO level. You have a strong affinity for (live) music. Additionally, you are flexible and eager to gain more experience in a music venue.
Who are we?
For 25 years, we have strived to make the best of music available to all music fans and to provide a stage for everyone, from young and beginners to old and experienced, and of course everything in between! Every year, around 45,000 visitors attend our 200 concerts, club nights, workshops, and other events.
What are you going to focus on?
- Helping with loading, unloading, and setting up events.
- Providing weekly technical maintenance.
- Where possible, you get behind the controls yourself and develop into a top technician.
- You make sure the artists lack nothing!
Jij…
- Pursue a relevant education (MBO level 4 or HBO)
- Can work in a structured and precise manner
- Have good verbal and written communication skills (English and Dutch)
- Knows how to tackle things
- You are reliable, enthusiastic, and stress-resistant
- Have a flexible attitude
- Please keep in mind that you may sometimes have to work late and need to be able to get home on your own or by public transport.

We offer you a unique internship with a lot of responsibility and the opportunity to gain extensive practical experience in a dynamic environment. After your internship, there are opportunities to continue developing within P60 and, where possible, to start working as a paid employee.
