When is the evening box office open?
The P60 evening box office is open during the opening hours of the P60 Café. You can find the current opening hours here.
You can buy a ticket online 24/7!
Where can I buy tickets?
You can buy tickets online from us via www.p60.nl and www.ticketmaster.nl. Prefer not to buy tickets online? No problem. You can also buy a ticket at the P60 box office.
Sites and locations other than those listed above are NOT official P60 advance ticket sales points. Tickets for concerts and club nights at P60 never cost more than the advance ticket/door price listed on the P60 website, plus any additional service fees.
Are there any vacancies at P60 that I can apply for?
As soon as vacancies for paid positions become available, they'll be prominently displayed on the homepage of the P60 website. Internships (Marketing & Publicity and Production & Programming) are available every six months; you can find more information here. We're also always looking for hospitality and technical volunteers to join our friendly superhero team! Click here for more information.
Is it allowed to take photo and/or video equipment?
Visitors are permitted to bring a small camera without an interchangeable lens to a concert. Only accredited press photographers are permitted to bring professional cameras. Other recording equipment and cameras with removable lenses are not permitted.

How do I report a question/comment/complaint?
Do you have a complaint, comment, or question during your concert? Feel free to contact a staff member. Do you have a complaint, comment, or question outside of a program? Send an email with the details to info@p60.nl. We will respond within five working days.
Is P60 wheelchair accessible?
The P60 building is wheelchair accessible. Almost all areas are easily accessible via the two elevators. Please let us know in advance that you're coming! You can do this the same way you reserve a seat. We'll then ensure you're escorted to the venue.
Next to P60 is the Q-park Stadsplein parking garage. You can enter and exit here 24/7. This garage has two disabled parking spaces. The space is 500cm long and 330cm wide.
There is an elevator to our venue. The turning space in front of the elevator is 150x150cm. The elevator door is automatic. The doorway is at least 85cm wide. When in operation, the elevator is 182cm wide and 186cm deep. The control panel is located at a height of 70-135cm. The elevator is independently operated.
The wheelchair-accessible toilet has a manual door. Access to the toilet is barrier-free. The doorway is 84 cm wide and requires minimal force (maximum 2 kg). There is ample space in the wheelchair-accessible toilet, a 150 cm turning circle, and a safety cord. The safety cord is activated. The tops of the armrests are 70-80 cm high.
Are there seats in P60?
P60 normally offers standing room only during concerts, unless otherwise indicated. For those with limited mobility or who require a seat for medical reasons, we offer the option of requesting a seat. Please request this in advance, but at least 24 hours before the show. You can do this by phone (020-345 3445) during office hours (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM) or by email: publiciteit@p60.nl.
Enter your name here, the show you're attending, and the number of seats you need. A seat reservation doesn't grant you access to the concert, so don't forget to buy tickets for the show!
Please note: During sold-out or crowded shows, we unfortunately cannot guarantee a view of the stage for seats.
How does P60 deal with noise and hearing protection?
The sound at concerts can be very loud and cause hearing damage. As a supporter of the campaign I Love My Ears we therefore recommend everyone to bring hearing protection and use it during shows and club nights!
If you don't have them with you or don't have your own earplugs, you can buy new hearing protection for €4 from the vending machine in the suite.
Is WiFi available?
The building is fully equipped with Wi-Fi. Login details are posted at the bars throughout the building. Can't find them? Feel free to ask a staff member.
Lost something in P60?
Lost and found items are stored at the P60 office. You can contact the office staff Monday through Friday between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. On Saturdays, we are available from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM.
Can I store my things in the wardrobe?
The cloakroom has been modernized. There are now lockers in the old familiar place of the cloakroom. Use of a locker costs €2,-, about 2 coats fit in a locker. Be careful when you put your coat in the locker, once opened, you mean putting another coin in the locker.
You can use your debit card tokens for your locker at the cloakroom. The locker dimensions are 20cm x 30cm and 35cm deep.
How can I pay at the bar during concerts and club nights?
P60 is now pin-only! Coins are gone, you can quickly order and pay for drinks at the bar. Don't have a debit card with you? Then you can buy a value card at the box office (€10, €20 or €50). We ask for a €1 deposit for the card and at the end of your visit you can return the card and get the credit back. The card will of course also remain valid for a future event.
Is there a minimum age?
We only apply a minimum age for events where it's indicated on the program page. For all other events, we believe it's the parent's responsibility to decide whether a child can attend a concert. However, we do have a rule that visitors under 14 are only allowed in accompanied by an adult (18+). At P60, we don't serve alcohol to anyone under 18. We check the age at the door, and if there's any doubt, you'll be asked for ID. So make sure you have it with you!
The minimum age for the café is 16 years.
Are there parking spaces around P60?
The Q-park Stadsplein parking garage is located next to P60. For other options, see this digital map.
Is P60 easy to reach by public transport?
P60 is located next to the Amstelveen Bus Station (less than a minute's walk). Several bus lines serve Amsterdam City Center, Amsterdam Bijlmer Arena, Amsterdam South, Schiphol Airport, Uithoorn, Mijdrecht, Kudelstaart, Aalsmeer, Hoofddorp, and Haarlem.

What time does a concert or club night start and end?
A week before the show, we'll post a schedule on the website. The schedule will also be posted in the Facebook event. If you bought a ticket online, you'll receive a service email on the day of the event with all the practical information, including the schedule. We always try to accommodate public transport as much as possible.
Can I still get tickets for a sold out program?
When a program is sold out, tickets are no longer available through official P60 sales outlets. Websites offering tickets for sold-out events are not official sales outlets. These tickets are often much more expensive and often invalid. Consult this website for an overview of unreliable websites.
Tickets are also regularly offered on social media. Be careful with this! Preferably buy through Ticketmaster Resale., They are the only official resale platform.
Program cancelled or postponed?
In the event of a complete and definitive cancellation, tickets purchased online will be automatically refunded by Ticketmaster. If you purchased a hard copy ticket at the P60 box office, you can send an email to info@p60.nl. We will then look for a suitable solution.
If a program is rescheduled, tickets remain valid for the event on the new date. If you are unable to attend on the new date, you can request a refund. This can be done through Ticketmaster – click here or contact on 0900 – 300 1250.
Lost your ticket?
Can't find your ticket? First check your spam folder and then search your inbox for P60 or Ticketmaster. Or log in via www.ticketmaster.nl and find your tickets there.
Can I cancel tickets?
Unfortunately, cancellations and changes are no longer possible after the order has been completed and paid for, in accordance with the terms and conditions. One option is to offer tickets on Ticketmaster Resale, which is a good and secure way to buy and sell tickets.

Can I reserve tickets?
It is not possible to reserve tickets with us.
Can I have my e-ticket scanned from my mobile?
No printer? No worries: tickets can also be scanned on mobile phones!
Can I pay with the Podium Gift Card?
Yes, you can! The Podium Gift Card can be redeemed at the box office or in advance. You can do this by calling us or sending an email to info@P60.nl. Here you can indicate which concert you're referring to, the date, how many tickets you need, the name you want them to be issued in, and the Podium Gift Card number.
We can then process the payment online. We will contact you as soon as possible to confirm your order. Tickets will be available at the box office on the evening of the concert. Please present your ID to receive your tickets.
Please note! Some shows are organized through an external organization. They are then responsible for their own ticket sales. In these cases, you may not be able to use the podium gift card.
Do I need a membership?
No, P60 doesn't require a membership. Having an entrance ticket is sufficient.
Do you charge transaction or service fees?
Ticketmaster's service fee is €1.50 per ticket, which includes payment fees. There are no transaction or service fees at the P60 box office, but this may vary with external rentals/parties. On the day of the event, we usually charge a higher price at the box office than during pre-sale.
