Originally from Rovaniemi, Northern Lapland, the band achieved international fame after winning the Eurovision Song Contest in 2006 with their hit Hard Rock Hallelujah.

Since then, this eccentric group has captivated Europe with their charm, unforgettable songs, and impressive monster costumes. They have become a staple at renowned festivals such as Wacken Open Air (Germany) and Masters of Rock (Czech Republic).

Mr. Lordi personally designs and handcrafts all the band's costumes, spending at least three hours each night transforming himself into the legendary monster-man.
