Each band member is a virtuoso in their own right. Guitarist Jerôme Hol is known for his fiery improvisations, while drummer Hans Eijkenaar — a staple in Dutch pop and rock — brings rhythmic brilliance. Bassist Ishaq van Niel impresses with his physical and musical playing style, and baritone saxophonist Koen Schouten adds a raw, solo-driven energy. Together, they form an all-star lineup that electrifies every stage they hit.

The year 2025 is packed with milestones: Dulfer’s albums Big Boy, Dig!, and Skin Deep are released on vinyl for the first time. It also marks 25 years since Big Boy went platinum in the Netherlands and gold in Japan. In late 2024, the acoustic album Bennink & Dulfer was released, and early 2025 will see Dulfer appear on Dutch TV and in a major newspaper interview. Dulfer proves that age is just a number — his fire burns as bright as ever.
