18.50Electric Eel Shock (EES) was formed in Tokyo in the 1990s. At the end of the millennium, they left Japan to try their luck in America. Since then, they’ve toured in 40 countries across 4 continents and played at nearly every major European rock festival.
Electric Eel Shock has experienced countless remarkable moments throughout their impressive career. They headlined a stage at the prestigious Roskilde Festival in Denmark and performed at Bonnaroo, one of the largest festivals in the United States. They also closed the main stage at the Azkena Rock Festival in Spain.
After the COVID-19 pandemic forced the cancellation of their 2020 European tour, the band remained mostly active in Japan. But now, Electric Eel Shock is returning to Europe to celebrate their 30th anniversary. They are still very much alive!
