For nearly twenty years, DELAIN has been bringing their signature melodic metal sound to a global audience. With seven studio albums and three EPs to their name, they've collaborated with metal legends including Sharon den Adel (Within Temptation), Marko Hietala (Nightwish), and Alissa White-Gluz (Arch Enemy). Their tours with bands like Nightwish, Sabaton, and Within Temptation, and performances at festivals like Wacken, Graspop, and Download, have firmly established DELAIN as pioneers in the genre.
In 2022, DELAIN made a remarkable relaunch with a new lineup that included both new and returning members. This heralded the release of their seventh studio album, Dark Waters, in early 2023. The album, a musical rollercoaster ride full of catchy melodies and influences from pop, film scores, and heavy metal, was positively received and reached the top 10 of both the US Hard Music Albums chart and the Official German Albums Chart.
In 2023, DELAIN toured worldwide to promote Dark Waters, captivating both loyal fans and new listeners. International tours and performances at major metal festivals are also planned for 2024. DELAIN remains true to their roots while simultaneously exploring new musical paths and furthering their legacy within the metal scene.
About Moonlight Haze
Moonlight Haze was founded in 2018 and released their debut album, "De Rerum Natura," in 2019. This first release was followed by "Lunaris" (2020) and "Animus" (2022).
The band's frontwoman is Chiara Tricarico, a renowned singer in the international metal scene, who has collaborated with Manowar, Avantasia (where she is currently one of the live vocalists) and Tarja Turunen.
Besides Chiara, the lineup includes other well-known names from the Italian music scene: Giulio Capone, a renowned composer who collaborated on Timo Tolkki's album Avalon, and Alessandro Jacobi, bassist for Elvenking. The lineup is completed by Alberto Melinato and Marco Falanga on guitar.
