In this free workshop you will learn how to integrate yoga practice and meditation in your busy life. One hour Hatha style yoga practice will prepare your body and mind for the meditation exercises.
The workshop will give you a better understanding of how to get the most out of the time you spend on your yoga mat. The workshop will be interesting and useful for yogi's with some experience as well as for absolute beginners.
The workshop will last from 14:00 until 16:00. Admission is free.
Practical info: do not have a heavy meal 2 hours before the workshop and wear comfortable sport clothes. Mats and meditation cushions will be provided.
